Ballistic resistance ratings are based solely on laboratory testing under controlled conditions and may not reflect real-world performance. Variables such as bullet caliber, velocity, angle of impact, distance, environmental conditions, and repeated exposure may affect the performance of the product. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use or misuse of the product and agrees to hold BP Defence, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to the use or failure of the product to perform. Use of body armor may be regulated or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, or use of such products.
